Data Deletion

For end users

If a business has messaged you on Instagram or WhatsApp using HireInbox and you want your conversation history deleted, contact the business directly. They control their customer data and can issue a deletion request through us on your behalf. Meta's own block and reporting tools are also available inside Instagram and WhatsApp.

For client businesses

To delete all data associated with your account — including conversations, message history, connected account metadata, templates, and phone-number metadata — email privacy@elitemotionluxury.com from the address on file. We confirm receipt within one business day and complete deletion within thirty days, then send a written confirmation. Webhooks from Meta containing your data after deletion are dropped on receipt.

Scope of deletion

• Instagram conversation records and connected account metadata.
• WhatsApp conversation records (inbound + outbound).
• Message templates submitted from your account.
• Phone number metadata and quality ratings.
• Audit log entries older than the legally required retention.

Backups are purged on the next scheduled cycle (within 30 days).
